To become a Member of APIMS, you will need to fill out a form in the download section of this page. Simple click on the link and choose your version of the form. There are three to choose from, read each title to decide which one will work best for your computer. If you are not sure, use the PDF version.

Membership is $50 per year.  Retired - $25. Judicatories - $100.  Make Checks payable to 'APIMS'

The adobe form has been designed so you can type directly on it.  Then you can either email the form by clicking the 'Email it' button or you can print it off and send it via the USPS.
