ANNUAL MEETING SUMMARY

New Council members were elected:
Alice McDowell (2008); Frank Fisher, Carol Shellenberger (2009)

New Council officers include:
Carol Shellenberger, Moderator; Frank Fisher, Nom. Comm. Chair.

Also elected to the Nominating Committee were Wanda Williams and
Tom Oxboby

Heard the report of PIMCB member Barry Williams that the PIMCB has
been disbanded.  The Certification process suffered, among other things,
from a lack of interest.  At the time of the demise, there were about 14
Certified members. 

Heard from Membership Coordinator Jan Schultz that the target of
100 judicatory members was in sight, with about 97 now in membership.
She requested immediate notification of change of address to keep
membership benefits coming your way. 

Heard from the Treasurer, Don Ewing that the Scholarship Fund was now
being used more.  The balance as of the date of the meeting was $25,607,
however, the fiscal year does not end until June 30.
